While the overall on this receiver is near to excellent, it's good to let others know that this head unit, top of the line for 2 din in pioneers mobile entertainment, DOES NOT PLAY MP3 RECORDED ON DVD-R as other low end head units do.

I just got this dvd player, the first thing i noticed about it was the screen, it's very sharp, and incredibly bright, the user interface is intuitive and very easy to use, the in-dash changer works very well and is quiet and fast. The downside is that you have to guess the disks that are placed in the 6 positions, you can't see wich dvd or cd are in, you just see if it is a DVD or a CD but you cant see the title. Another thing is that you can't play a DVD movie by touching a chapter on the menu, instead you have to highlite it by using a virtual joystick on the screen... Overall is a great piece of equipment and I would recomend it to anyone
THIS RADIO IS GREAT FOR SMALL TRUCKS I FOUND IT EASY TO INSTALL GREAT AM RECEPTION FOR TALK SHOW LISTENERS PLAYS CD AND CDRS WELL
I bought it, found that harness cable was necesary for easy installation. but did not play the cd-RW. radio reception is good, and also plays original cd-r's well.
