Purchased to view birds and wildlife from my kitchen window. Sharp, clear image at reasonable cost. Replaced old pair of 7x35's that no longer fuse images properly (dropped too many times) and a pair of compacts (too small for good image).
GREAT product, and even better for the price!! I'm thrilled with the quality and the ease of use. I love it! Great for birding, and recommend very highly !!
I bought these for bird watching in the yard. The focus on them is a little stiff but I see as well with them as any other binoculars I have used. Overall they seem a good product for the money.
I bought this so we could get a better look at the birds in our backyard. We keep it by the kitchen window, and find ourselves using it at least once a week to peek at a feathered friend who is visiting. Nice clear lens, pretty easy to find objects through them. Certainly does the job we need it to do. Don't buy this if you do your birding out in the field - these are not particularly portable nor leightweight and are not meant to be; buy a binocular specifically made for that purpose.
Only complaint, and it is minor, is that I find the lens caps to be flimsy and a little hard to use. We generally just keep them off.
1. I ordered this very close to Christmas. The data said there would be a three to five business day delay. The binoculars were mailed out the next day. I recieved notice of the mailing and they arrived in time for Christmas. I am very impressed.
2. They were shipped carefully and arrived in good shape.

I was very disappointed in the sound quality of the birds. You can hardly decipher some of the birds sounds. The price is low, but now I know why. For bird lovers, I would not recommend this.
I own several types and sizes of binoculars and this pair is the one I will use from now on while hunting. A great value in a small, light package with excellent optics.
I bought the binoculars for my wife to use at basketball games. They serve that purpose quite well once you have them focused. Therein lies the problem. The focus knob is so stiff that you can't focus without taking them from your eyes and use two hands, one to hold the binocular and the other to clamp and twist the focus knob.
I would purchase an alternate if I were to do it over.
Ordered a pair for my wife for Christmas and found them to be top quality, just what you would expect from German made Binoculars.
The Humminbird Piranha series is great, but it has a design flaw. The suction-cup mount forces the transducer to point in a single direction. Not good for a canoe without a transom. It always points off to one side of the canoe! The solution is a clamp-on transducer mount made by Tite-Lok which allows articulation in any desired direction.
