Information We Collect
In order for certain sections of the website to function properly it is necessary for "Us" to collect information
regarding you, this may be but is not limited to information regarding your address, telephone number, financial information such as your credit
card and or your paypal email address. In addition we also collect information regarding your visit with us which may include but is not limited
to your ip-address, browser information, length of stay and general visitor tracking statistics. We may also employ the use of cookies which
may contain such things as session information and your last visit etc. This information that we collect about you helps us
to better serve you in that the more we understand you as a person and your needs, the better job we can do for you.
We take your privacy very seriously and will do our very best to keep your personal information private. You have entrusted us with that information
and as such this is the reason that we have decided to "not" permanantly store your financial infomation, especially
your credit card information. There is no reason that we need to store this information on our servers, At best your credit card number is useless to
us as that information would just take up space
in our databse's in an encrypted form. At worst it is a liability and a legal matter just waiting to happen. There have been far too many incidents
at other well known sites in the past for us to take this approach any differently. If you have a question, concern or would like to comment on our privacy

We keep your email address on file so that we can contact you regarding your order.
We will never ever rent, lease, sell or in any way shape or form reveal your email address or any information to any third party unless
instructed by court order to do so or if it is "necesary" to fulfill your order.
We do not at this time use any email solicitation, however we do reserve the right to change this option and will only contact you
if you specifically elect to receive these email offers from us via a double opt-in can-spam compliant process and a simple 1 click method of removing yourself
from all non-essential email communications.

How long will the information that we collect be kept?
The short answer is permanantly. With the increase in size and the lowering of costs of mass storage
these days it is not necessary for us to purge any part of our database. Additionally if a dispute arises both parties may legally require such things as our
database record and server logs. If for any reason you would like to remove your information from our database please fill out our contact us form.
